🚨 COACHES INSIGHT – TRAINING THURSDAY
❓Did you know that many training sessions fail before they even begin?
Not because of poor players. Not because of limited equipment. But because the coach starts the session without a clear objective.
Every successful training session should answer one question:
"What do I want my players to do better by the end of todays training?"
Whether your focus is passing, pressing, finishing, defending, or building from the back, choose one main objective and coach it with purpose. Players learn more when the session has a clear focus than when too many topics are covered at once.
Remember: A coach who plans with purpose develops players with purpose.
