The God we know and love is sometimes described as the Alpha and the Omega. It is one of the aptest monikers for our Lord God, for even though the Bible has been rendered into many different tongues, they all depend on the letter and the word. It is in His word that we know Him, irrespective of the tongue; He is the beginning and the end of the word, and the word is everlasting.
