Turkana Warriors Soccer Academy is more than a football academy.
Every day, children from Lodwar and the surrounding communities come here to learn, train, play and spend time in a safe environment.
Football is what brings them together, but the bigger goal is to help them build a better future. The children are supported with their education, school needs, football training, and medical care. On the pitch, they learn football, but they also learn things that matter in everyday life — discipline, respect, teamwork, confidence, fair play and how to deal with failure.
What makes Turkana Warriors Soccer Academy special is that the children are not only being prepared for the next match. They are being prepared for life.
For some, football may become a career. For others, it may simply be the place where they discovered confidence, friendship and a reason to keep pushing forward. Either way, every child deserves that opportunity.
This is the work happening at Turkana warriors Soccer Academy every day — giving children a chance to learn, grow and believe that their future can be different.
Football changes the game. Education changes the future. Together, they can change a life. ⚽❤️
