Great leaders build more than teams.
They build community.
Bethuel Kipkoech, Director of Nakuru City Football Academy 🇰🇪, is one of those leaders.
CAF C licence. Former player with Saint Joseph’s Youth and Nakuru All Stars. Coach at Nakuru City and Nakuru Bucks. And deeply passionate about youth development.
What he and the people around him have created in Nakuru is a clear example of what happens when a community comes together with purpose. A club that doesn’t just train players, it changes lives.
Thank you, Bethuel, for the leadership and for showing what is possible when grassroots football is done with heart.
Proud to have Nakuru City Football Academy in the FTBLRLIFE family.
