Not for trophies.
Not for applause.
Not for validation.
I am a coach because somewhere, on a small field, a child needs someone who believes in them… before they believe in themselves.
I am a coach because I know that a word said at the right moment can build confidence… and the wrong one can break it for a long time.
I am a coach because every mistake a child makes is not a failure, but a learning opportunity.
I am a coach because I don’t just develop players… I build character.
Because I see beyond the result.
Because I understand the process.
Because I know real development isn’t shown on the scoreboard, but in the decisions made on the field.
I am a coach because every day I choose to be patient.
To educate.
To inspire.
To build.
👉 And maybe most importantly…
I am a coach because I want to leave something behind.
Not trophies.
But better people.
