PLAYER PROFILE

Peter Kimani, known as Petero, is a modern attacking winger defined by explosive pace, strong one-on-one ability, quick feet, and confidence to take on defenders in any situation. He is a direct, fearless attacker who constantly drives forward, creates chances, and impacts the final third.

Raised on the outskirts of Shimo la Tewa Village, Peter developed his love for football playing barefoot on dusty pitches, where his flair, balance, and creativity quickly stood out. His determination earned him a spell at Elim FC before joining Mighty Eagles Soccer Academy , where he has grown into one of the academy’s most exciting attacking prospects.

Peter has represented MESA in the FKF Upper Rift Regional League 2025/2026, competing against experienced senior players while developing his technical ability, tactical awareness, and winning mentality.

A major highlight came in 2025, when he represented MESA at the Dana Cup in Denmark. Against strong European opposition, Peter scored four goals, helping the team reach the semi-finals and proving his ability on the international stage.

He also impressed in school football, helping St. Michaels Top Station High School reach county level in the 2023 KSSSA competitions.
