❓Who improves more after a match—the players or the coach?
Many coaches think the work ends when the final whistle blows. In reality, thats when one of the most important parts of coaching begins.
Great coaches dont just remember the score. They review the match by asking:
What worked well?
What didnt work?
Why did it happen?
What should we improve in the next training session?
Winning can hide weaknesses, and losing can reveal opportunities to grow. Every match is a classroom for a coach who is willing to learn.
Remember: The best coaches are lifelong students of the game.
