WEEKEND INSIGHT 🏅🏅⚽⚽
“Your players are not afraid of making mistakes.
They are afraid of what YOU will do when they make them.”
If every mistake is met with shouting, humiliation or immediate criticism, players eventually stop taking risks.
And a player who is afraid to make mistakes becomes a player who is afraid to make decisions.
Great coaches dont create players who never make mistakes.
They create players who are brave enough to make the next decision.
❓COACHES, BE HONEST:
When your player makes a mistake, is your first reaction to CORRECT them or to ENCOURAGE them?
👇 Lets hear from coaches.
