“Knee Tag”. This is a great activity, to get your players into an athletic stance. Quick 10-15 second games. Use a small grid/space, so players won’t just run away. Think of this in the view of (1-on-1) Defending.

Young Players and Passing. Hey Coaches of young players. A good thing to remember is, young players have a difficult time “opening their hips”. This is how we are supposed to pass the ball with the inside of our foot. Truthfully, this wasn’t set-up. My little Girl was about 6 and 2-3 months in this video. Hopefully, you see how her plant foot is not “aimed properly”, but instead I’m a manner that’s comfortable to her.
