Kids wearing FTBLRLIFE Rising Stars League bibs, ready to play.
But this isnt about finding the next Messi. Its about infrastructure.
Most grassroots football programs in underserved communities lack three things:
Organization β No league structure, no schedule, no consistency
Visibility β Talented players remain invisible, no pathway forward
Support β No equipment, no tracking, no resources
The Rising Stars League solves all three.
ORGANIZE: Scheduled league play. Teams. Structure. Kids show up every week knowing they belong to something.
VISIBILITY: Verified profiles on FTBLRLIFE. Progress tracked. Talent documented. Pathways created.
SUPPORT: Match balls donated. Equipment provided. Player welfare monitored. Coaching coordination.
Were scaling to 500 locations across Kenya. Each location serves 50-200 kids. Thats 25,000-100,000 young players with structure, visibility, and support they wouldnt otherwise have.
But heres what we need:
Sponsors for league locations.
One sponsor = one location fully supported for a season:
Match balls for every game
Equipment Player welfare tracking and safety monitoring
League coordination and coaching support
Verified digital profiles for every player
This isnt charity. Its infrastructure.
Were not waiting for kids to be discovered. Were building the system that makes discovery possible, and that keeps kids engaged, active, and on the right path whether they go pro or not.
If youre a brand, foundation, or individual interested in sponsoring a Rising Stars League location, lets talk.
Special thanks to Titus, Wickliffe, John, Boniface, Mustafa, Elijah, Phoebe and others for making this possible. for organizing on the ground!
Comment or DM. Lets build this together.
