The first day, l trained more than 70 girls in my village, l was overwhelmed by the turn up, starting from the age of 7-18, this was the greatest experience l have ever met. Training girls is so demanding as you know they are s emotional. As Coaches we need to understand their needs and how we can appropriately plan for their trainings.

No matter the distance.
Stay focused, walking down the railway for about 3Kms to go and train and go back, seems to be something hard, but these kids dont mind of the distance.
