SCOUTS LOOK FOR MORE THAN JUST SKILL
Being technically gifted isnt enough.
Scouts look for five key qualities in a player:
✓ Game Intelligence - Do you make smart decisions under pressure?
✔ Athleticism
Are you fast, strong, and fit enough for the next level?
✔ Mentality - Can you handle setbacks, pressure, and competition?
✔ Coachability - Do you listen, learn, and improve consistently?
✓ Consistency Are you performing at your best in every match?
The players who check all five boxes get picked first.
