No matter how talented a player is, their abilities mean little without early scouting and development.

So many talents in Benin, West Africa, have been wasted due to the lack of proper training structures.

CAFO Football Academy, based in the small village of Ottola near the Togo border, is committed to changing this—not only for Benin but for African football as a whole.

Since our start in 2021, CAFO has rapidly grown into one of the top academies in Benin, with three of our players in the national U17 team and two in the U20s.

Our school, CEG OTTOLA, was recently crowned Benin School National Champion and will represent Benin in the West African School Championship in Niger this November and Africa in the World School Championship in China in 2025.

The journey hasn’t been easy, but with FootballerLife now on board, we’re excited to make a difference in grassroots football.
