Kenyan FIFA assistant referee Stephen Yiembe has been appointed by UEFA to officiate the 2026 UEFA Super Cup final between Paris Saint-Germain and Aston Villa on August 12 at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig.
Yiembe becomes the first Kenyan referee to receive a UEFA appointment and will be part of an all-East African officiating team comprising:
Omar Artan – Referee
Liban Abdoulrazack Ahmed – Assistant Referee 1
Stephen Yiembe – Assistant Referee 2
