🚫 Dont Buy into the Scouting Myth! 🚫
Its time to bust a common football myth: you dont need to be scouted to get opportunities. Most top players in academies mastered networking to find their path.
Take me, a refugee from Afghanistan who started football at 12 – I made it to a pro academy without being scouted.
Heres the plan:
1. Reach the level of a pro academy player by training unrestricted and playing small-sided and pickup games to become instinct-driven. Weekly example below.
2. Create a highlight tape and a CV .
3. Head to LinkedIn, where coaches from all clubs hang out. Create your profile . Find the coach you want, connect, add a note, and shoot them this message . Connect with 20 people daily.
