Humli Deepa Shahis jersey unveiled in honor and support .
Our Story
Humla.
In honor of Deepa Shahi, who brought Humlas name forward through individual sports, a special jersey with her photo is available in the market.
Humla football Academy has launched a special jersey of Bazaarmalya, a Karnali Karnali born in Kharpunath-5, Kharpelgaun. The jersey is an informal program.
Dile has been struggling to make the goal of his life a free-spirited girl and as a token of his efforts and appreciation, Humla Academy President Bishnu Bahadur Rawat brought a jersey to the market.
Accordingly, the purpose of the jersey community is to promote Shahi and support families like Shahi on a small scale. With the belief that the jersey was made in Humla, a jersey was made in one initiative.
The jersey released in the market does not have Deepa Shahis photo. Currently, 500 jerseys have been produced for the first edition. Each jersey that comes to the market is available for sale at Simkot Bazaar for Rs. 500.
President Rawat said that 60 percent of the proceeds from the sale of the jersey will go to Shahis members and 40 percent to the academy operator and trainees for sports equipment expenses.
This successful campaign was launched by the Nepali Journalists Federation, Dobara Community Radio and four press organizations affiliated with Sancharyas, and the jerseys were handed over to Rajan Rawat, President of the Nepali Journalists Federation, Humla, by Janak Bahadur Shahi, Director of Community Radio Kailash and Pal Shahika.
The jersey was distributed by President Rawat to Radio Kailash, Radio Karnali, Federation of Nepali Journalists, Federation of Indigenous Journalists, Nepal Union, Nepal Press Center, and now Sancharyas, Chhapal Lama, Nepali Journalists Federation, Humla.
Deepa Shahi, who herself struggled in search of her future, has made not only Humla, but the entire Karnali province proud in the field of sports. In honor of her hard work and dedication to sports, this campaign is expected to inspire womens participation in sports.
