MAKE POSITIVE CONFESSIONS
If can keep saying it and not stop talking it then I tell you one thing, youre not far from attaining the prize. Our words are powerful enough to create realities, so its needful we as individuals and athletes carefully select the words we speak.. Say ; "Ill win, Ill make it, am not getting injured today, the trophy is ours, we would still equalise and top the group, Ill get the contract etc. The more positive things you say, the more positive things you might just experience.
