SIFU 👊⚽ tonight I’d go for something that makes coaches stop scrolling and think, rather than another generic motivation post.
Since your recent insights have been around grassroots coaches, networking, community and being discovered, we can build the next one around:
🎙️ Tonight’s Insight: “Your Network Is Part of Your Coaching CV”
The angle: many grassroots coaches think their CV is only their certificates, teams and results. But in modern football, the people you connect with, the sessions you share, the coaches you learn from and the football communities you contribute to also build your professional identity.
A strong opening could be:
“Coaches, let me ask you something tonight… If your coaching CV disappeared tomorrow, would your football network still speak for you?”
Then develop the thought around 3 things:
🤝 Connect — dont only network when you need a job.
🔄 Exchange — share ideas and learn from coaches outside your environment.
🌍 Contribute — become known for adding value to the football community.
And finish with a strong Football Sifu line:
“Football can introduce you to people. But what you contribute is what makes them remember you.”

Today, our boys faced a strong league opposition in a valuable test of character and development.
The result was not what we wanted, but the players showed commitment, discipline and determination throughout the game. Every player gave their best and competed until the final whistle. 👏🏽⚽️
There were lessons to take from the match — areas we need to improve, moments we need to learn from, and experiences that will help us grow as a team.
We don’t measure development only by the scoreline. We learn, we improve, and we keep building.
We take the lessons from today, go back to work, and come back stronger, smarter and better prepared. 💪🏽👑
