💡 Keys to Maintaining Fitness as a Player:
1. 🏃🏽♂️ Consistency – Train even on days without matches. A light jog, gym work, or ball mastery keeps your engine alive.
2. 🥗 Nutrition – Eat like an athlete. Balanced meals, hydration, and recovery foods are as important as drills.
3. 😴 Rest & Recovery – Sleep is your secret fitness tool. No recovery, no progress.
4. ⚽ Match Fitness – Nothing replaces game rhythm. Play small-sided games, friendlies, or extra touches outside training.
5. 🧠 Discipline – Avoid habits that slow you down .
📣 Fitness is not about running more—it’s about preparing your body and mind to perform more.
