🎓 Graduation-She Drives Sports Cohort 1 🎓

What a journey it’s been!

After 7 months of learning, leading, juggling roles, and growing, i graduated from the She Drives Sports Leadership Program.

This wasn’t just a course, it was a transformation. As both a facilitator and student, I got to walk a rare path: guiding others while still learning myself. It’s been a beautiful stretch of balancing sports management with in-depth learning, mentorship, and practical leadership experiences.

From day one, She Drives Sports has equipped us with:

💡 Practical sports leadership skills,

📝 Renewed confidence and boldness to occupy and lead,

👥 A strong network of women in sports,

🗣️ A louder voice and bolder vision,

💪🏽 A deep belief that we belong in every room where sports decisions are made,

I am stepping into a bold future in sports leadership more grounded, more skilled, and more passionate than ever. This is just the beginning.

Am a girl, yes i play sports, yes i lead in sports and am a mentor, this post is to all men who support the women in sports, they serve as great ally’s and through their belief, women are now more confident to lead and take up sports leadership positions,
